Consent to Contact from The Easy Therapy

***DISCLAIMER***

Remote therapy is a web- or telephone-based service provided to people who want to make a change in their lives, but may be unsure where to begin. Remote Therapy is not for everyone. If you are having suicidal or homicidal thoughts, or have a recent history of inpatient hospitalization, then finding a licensed, face-to-face therapist is more appropriate. Seeing a face-to-face therapist is also more appropriate when people are in more dangerous situations, such as situations including abuse, criminal activity or violence.

If you believe Remote Therapy is not the right service for you, check out www.psychologytoday.com to find the right licensed therapist for you. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or contact your nearest Emergency Room at your local hospital.

The Easy Therapy only provides services directly to customers who are aged eighteen (18) years or older.​


***CONSENT STATEMENT***
You are consenting to contact from a psychotherapist by paying for a service on this website.  This means you will be contacted privately on your selected preferred media of contact (Zoom, Skype, Telephone), and that you will be expected to attend your appointments on time, except in circumstances of life emergencies.  Filling out Informed Consent, Paying, and Booking a Session does not consitute a therapeutic relationship.  A therapeutic relationship is created when therapy actually begins in a session.
