Book a Session
After you complete the Informed Consent form, book your session!

You can also book four sessions at a time and SAVE if you pre-pay four sessions upfront. You can save up to $20/month by bundling sessions!
Our business hours are currently 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Central US Time Zone.

Attend Your Appointment...
Start making the changes that you want to see in a telephone or video session! It is important to be ready 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time(s), and to be in a location with a strong internet connection.

If you are having suicidal or homicidal thoughts, or have a recent history of inpatient hospitalization, then finding a face-to-face, licensed therapist is more appropriate.
